Support After Rape & Sexual Violence Leeds is a women only Rape Crisis service in Leeds for women and girls who have experienced rape or sexual violence at any time in their lives. All our services are confidential.
We are currently recruiting our first round of advocacy volunteers, to support survivors of rape or sexual violence to express themselves, access appropriate information and services, explore their choices and options and to regain control over their life. Please note that you will need to be available during weekdays to to train and volunteer as an advocate with SARSVL.
We’re particularly keen to receive applications from Black and Minority Ethnic women, disabled women and older women as we actively aim to reach and represent all of the women of Leeds. The closing date for receipt of completed applications is midnight, 20th February 2014
