In response to monitoring our calls received we’ve added a new shift to our opening hours on a Monday, we now offer a morning shift of 10am – 1pm as well at 6pm – 8pm.
Opening hours for our freephone telephone helpline 0808 8023344 are now:
Mondays 10am to 1pm AND 6pm to 8pm
Tuesdays 8pm to 11pm
Wednesdays 6pm to 8pm
Fridays 6pm to 8pm
Sundays 2pm to 5pm
