If you email us, we can respond to you but we do not have access to your email address. We can only get your email address if you decide to tell us what it is over the phone, in a text or in the body of an email.

If you think that someone else might be able to read your emails or check the account you usually send emails from, you might want to set up a new account just for contacting SARSVL.

We aim to respond to emails within five days.
