Our helpline is completely confidential, whether you contact us by telephone, text, email or face-to-face.
We won’t share anything you tell us with anyone outside of SARSVL, unless you tell us something that makes us believe a child or adult at risk is in need of protection and you give us information that identifies the child or adult.
We support women and girls of any age by telephone, text and email during our opening times see left hand panel.
We provide a safe space for you to talk about how rape or sexual violence has affected you and we can help you to explore your options. We would never tell you how you should feel or what to do. We believe that you have a right to make your own decisions about your life.
All of our volunteers are women who have been trained to work on our helpline and to provide support to women and girls.
We understand that women and girls might experience rape and sexual violence at any time in their lives. We also understand that rape and sexual violence come in many forms.
Whatever has happened to you, whenever it happened and wherever it happened, we are here to support you.
